I have known Sam Christensen for over 20 years and I am very fortunate to count him as one of my friends in the entertainment business.
It was my privilege last month to be able to take his portrait in his Los Angeles office, surrounded by all of his Hollywood mementos. What a joy for me to be able to capture him in this moment and best of all is the fact that he also loves this shot.
Sam Christensen is a Hollywood legend and one of L.A.’s best-known image consultants. He has spent years guiding actors to a personal definition system that they can market to industry professionals. Drawing on his extensive experience as a former casting director and a manager, he considers it his life’s work to help performers pinpoint a public identity that honors both the public’s perception and the complex interior life of the actor.
